Our approach is to help you develop a strategy to increase your hit rate of interviews. This of course will give you a greater chance of securing the position you are seeking. In this two hour session we would first of all like to get an understanding of your field of work, your background, qualifications, current status, goals, salary expectations, positions you have applied for, an understanding of the market you are competing in and how you are going about your job search. Also in this session we will consider how we could improve your resume (and covering letters) and help you to develop your own personal brand and marketing strategy including a Linkedin profile. We will also consider a job search and networking strategy and develop a follow-up and review strategy for your applications.
